Our oil may be delicious, pure and totally tasty, but there's no need to save it for special occasions.

There are hundreds of ways to enjoy it every single day. Tickle your taste buds with some of these ideas, and feel free to email in some of your own for us all to share.

Looking for a simple way to spice up your dinner table? Try chicken with a tasty twist of lime and coriander for a zingy, zesty treat. Delicious!

Zingy spiced chicken
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp Heart of Gold rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp minced lemongrass
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • a little extra Heart of Gold to brush over the chicken

Put the chicken breasts in a shallow dish, then grab a small bowl and mix together everything else to make a marinade. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it's well coated so it'll soak up all the flavours.

Then cover the dish and set it aside for 4 hours, turning the chicken over from time to time. Finally, lightly brush a little more Heart of Gold rapeseed oil over the chicken and stick it under the grill or on a barbeque and until it's tender and thoroughly cooked.

Don't leave your lovely salad to languish under a boring old dressing. Here's a quick way to turn your lettuce and tomatoes into a dish fit for a king.

Healthy aioli recipe
  • 225 ml Heart of Gold
    rapeseed oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Put everything except the Heart of Gold rapeseed oil into a mixing bowl and whisk it all up into a silky, smooth paste. Continue whisking and add the golden rapeseed oil a little bit at a time.

That's it... keep whisking (you can use a food processor if you like). Serve with crunchy salad, chips or anything else your heart desires.

Pour a little oil and a little vinegar into two separate small shallow dishes. Then simply take your loaf and break off a mouthful-sized chunk. Dip it into the oil or the vinegar or both, and enjoy!

This simple snack tastes great just like this - or for a dip with a little more flavour, just mix a few of your favourite herbs into Heart of Gold rapeseed oil.

Get your five a day the tasty way with a little drizzle of Heart of Gold rapeseed oil. A sure-fire way to make veg a hit with the whole family, use any seasonal produce you like - our favourites are below.

  • cherry tomatoes
  • salt and black pepper

Preheat your oven to 220°C. Chop your vegetables into chunky pieces roughly 1 inch in size, and drizzle them with Heart of Gold rapeseed oil. Then add some seasoning, roll up your sleeves and toss everything together so it all gets a good coating.

Cook for around about half an hour until the vegetables are soft and starting to brown, then serve with couscous for a gorgeous veggie treat.
