Another delicious cake – made with Heart of Gold
We’ve been experimenting a lot recently with different recipe ideas (memo to self: must get a new section on the website devoted just to recipes!) and one of our favourites is this scrumptious, and really rather virtuous-feeling, banana bread. We’ve used Heart of Gold rapeseed oil instead of butter, and we are delighted with the results. It’s lovely and moist, extremely flavoursome, and can be devoured at all times of the day – we even know someone who eats it for breakfast!

Well, we like to think Heart of Gold has a broad appeal, and that consumers will become increasingly aware of the benefits of rapeseed oil, so to learn that it had been given a big thumbs up on the That’s Yummy Mummy blog was a real endorsement.
