I used my Heart of Gold to make the aioli recipe on the website. I'd usually have made this with olive oil but wanted a healthier option. It was lovely. It tasted lighter and fresher. Olive oil can sometimes have an overpowering flavour that you don't want all the time. Heart of Gold is lighter and more versatile. I use mine every day now. Might try making humous next time.

I've bought olive oil for years thinking that it was the best thing for me health wise. Now I've found Heart of Gold, I must admit I'm feeling a bit smug for making the switch (and I'm boring my friends and family by telling them all about it and getting them to switch too.)
Not only am I eating something that is much better for me fat content and vitamin wise, I love the fact that Heart of Gold is grown and made in England (and not flown in from half way around the world).

I just bought my first bottle of Heart of Gold which I absolutely love! We use it every day now instead of olive oil for cooking and with salads. It tastes great and is really healthy too.

I heard about Heart of Gold from a friend of mine. I suffer from high cholesterol so I'm always on the lookout for food that's lower in saturated fat and still tastes good. It's great, I can't say it's made my health better but I can use it for anything. It tastes great (fresher than olive oil) and I feel good because I know it's lower in saturated fat. I noticed it's got higher levels of Omega 3 too, so it might make me better at the crossword. Bonus!

Since I discovered this product, I routinely include it in my diet plans, as most people in the UK do not eat sufficient essential Omega 3 fatty acids to maximise their health and protect their hearts. I recommend that my clients use Heart of Gold every day - either as a cold oil drizzled onto salads or cooked vegetables or as a cooking oil, for example when roasting or stir-frying vegetables.

I always take my Heart of Gold when I go to the caravan with the kids. I can cook with it and use it cold so it means I only have to take one bottle - whether I'm frying burgers or making a salad it's always on hand.
